How Do I Improve?

I’ve been blogging here at RWK for over a year and a half now. I’ve written some posts that I love and some posts that well, maybe weren’t my best, but I’ve definitely been enjoying the process of learning how to blog and helping others while doing it.

While reading a blog post recently, I realized that I’ve never asked my readers what they like, don’t like or would like to see on my blog. So I thought it was high time that I asked.

I’d really love to know what you have liked on my blog (and want me to keep writing about), what you don’t like or doesn’t help you and anything that you would like me to write about or add to the blog.  Do you want more technical advice? Do you want more information about gear, apps or books? Do you want more stories about other people who run or overcome other obstacles? Do you want more details about my training?

    Too funny. I keep a journal and just last night I wrote about ways to get better with my run that I struggled through yesterday.

    I really enjoy the entries about techniques, plans, and schedules. I’ve already tried incorporating a little bit of the Jeff Galloway run-walk method into my runs after reading that entry. I’ve also got a 5K trail run coming up in October that I’m already trying to set out a dedicated plan for, so it’s always interesting to read what works or doesn’t work for other runners instead of just reading “Here, do this” from googled websites.
